phone screen lit with nothing on it?
Today I received a new Sony Xperia E4 in the post. Turning on and setup was all completely okay, but a few hours after I tried to unlock the phone and it didn't come on. It's happened multiple times since then - basically, I can see that the screen has lit up and if I press the screen I can hear all the sounds where the buttons would be, but nothing at all shows up on the screen. This stays the same until I press the off button simultaneously with the volume up button to restart the phone, and then it'll work again. It's unpredictable and happens at different times. What is this and how do I stop it? I really don't want to send it back so early especially when I spent ages transferring my contacts and texting all of them. Any help?
