My phone shuts down completely after adb shell command

i recently rooted my phone and then after rooting it, i got stucked in twrp menu even after several restarts. I tried fixing this by using Adb shell command. and this completely shut down my phone instead, now i cant turn it on anymore. Using Moto G4+

when you connect it to the charger does it turn on?
