My phone still not receiving Android 11

My Samsung Galaxy S10e isn't receiving Android 11, but it's already 2021. They said the S10 series (with S10e and S10+, and S10 5G) will receive Android 11 and One UI 3 in January 2021. But it's already this year and my S10e don't receive Android 11 update. Please let me know if the Samsung S10 series already received Android 11.

Which carrier are you on? Did you get the phone directly from the carrier, or from Samsung themselves?

Just because Samsung has released it doesn't mean it's available to your phone yet. Updates roll out by region and most carriers heavily modify the software and delay the updates.

We may have to wait a while to get our update! It'll vary by region, carrier, and even whether or not your phone was bought unlocked. My carrier is infamous for slower updates, so I know I'll get it later rather than sooner! But we'll all get it eventually, don't worry!
