my phone stuck on the "SAMSUNG" logo screen...one of my friends said me that i lost my os on my phone{samsung galaxy note 2(GT-N7100)}.........Please help me out....cant leave with out phone

Welcome to Android Central! Moved to the Note 2 forum. If you're not rooted, then you can't have deleted the OS. What's more likely is that the firmware has become corrupt, or the motherboard is failing.

Try pulling the battery to force a shutdown, then boot into Recovery mode and see if you can wipe the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11018
