Lol im pretty sure if you didnt include EVERY SINGLE THING it cane with, except for manual, they may bill you for the whole phone, so 500 dollars. Hopefully you didnt keep the charger, because they specifically say to include everything

'Setup nearby device" didn't work the first time, I reset the new one, tried again, I think most apps came over from my Google account but I had to setup my email accounts, Facebook, Instagram etc etc, isn't thisall sposed to be done automatically?
The Nova restore went better

"Setup Nearby Device" worked fine for me as far as apps go. Regarding email accounts I have everything funneled through my Gmail account so wouldn't know about that. I did have to set up my Exchange account for work manually though.

Getting there, used Windows expolorer to transfer the pics etc.

Given how bad this has become over the last few monthand that it's happening to people with cases and without (mine is twisted and I use no case) I would guess that they are bending while in cases and people don't notice till after they remove the case.

Will Google transferring everything using Nova and the 'setup nearby device' thing, I hate setting up new phones....
