My phone's browser has been overtaken by a message

It says I have a virus and my hard drive will crash in 5 min and to call this number. I don't know what app caused the problem. I'm not tech savvy and have no clue what to do. I have a Axon 7 mini. Can someone please help?

Turn it off. Don't touch any thing in the screen.

If you are not sure what app may have done this, you should immediately do a factory reset then add only apps from Google play. And definitely don't open any emails from unknown sources.
