My phone's camera not working after hard reset also?

[Android Central Question]

my phone's details are Lyf mobile:-Flame4 4503
i tried all the methods but didn't workout ,at last i factory reset my phone but didn't work.
camera app just after opening close by itself .I tried 3rd party apps but didn't workout for rear camera(with message 'camera driver not found') but front working properly.
Another issue has hit with flashlight ,it is not working properly with system's app but did work properly with 3rd party app.Can anyone suggest me what exactly had has happened.

Welcome to Android Central! That's a 4 year old phone, so it's highly unlikely that there are any system updates available for it.

Does this also happen in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
