My pin wont work!

I just changed to use a pin to unlock my phone, and its not working! I have tried and tried, and it will not unlock.

Has anyone had this problem? Is there another way to unlock the phone? I need help please ASAP!:'(

Was your Google account on the phone? Login to it via device manager and set a new password.
