Hello, i bought note20 ultra 256 5G 12Ram SM-N986B and need to know Is it locked or not as im live in Egypt, and is it's origional or not & manufacture country?

No way of knowing for sure with those details (carrier lock shows up in the OS), BUT going from the model alone, it is an unlocked international version and highly unlikely that a carrier modified the OS to put a SIM lock on it. Now, whether or not it is compatible with Egypt carriers, that's up to you to research and confirm.

For country of origin you'd need the IMEI (and please DO NOT POST THAT NUMBER PUBLICLY ONLINE).
