My RCA Tablet Keeps Glowing Blue!

I have no idea what is going on! I just turned it off once, then turned it on. And then the screen started glowing blue, it confuses me, and I need my tablet for important things, so please help!

That says "bring it to a repair shop". It could be a bad screen, it could be a bad motherboard, it could be bad firmware, it could be a lot of things.
