my rca tablet won't come on am I in a hard reset mode?

[AC Question]

When my rca viking pro tablet was on it was showing a message that said UIDS inconsistent and I picked the I'm feeling lucky tab and then I found out how to do a recovery menu and I did then on the recovery menu I pushed wipe cache/partition and it said it was done then I went up to power reboot then pressed it and then it showed a black blank screen 3 minutes then it shut off and now I tried to turn it on and it doesn't turn on and it doesn't show its charging
What should I do?
Am I in a hard reset mode?
And if I am how do I get out of this mode?
