My rear phone camera is blurry

I have problem with my rear camera on my samsung galaxy s7, when i want to take a picture, camera cant focus at all image, it only focus at some points.
If i ooen camera and j put my phone rear camera close to my ear i can hear clicking that camera wants to focus, and it sounds like laptop cooling fan.
What should i do? Do i need replace rear camera?
Maybe this happened because my phone felt from the chair, and glass is okay it is not cracked. I also unrooted my phone.
Will they accept warranty?

It sounds like the autofocus mechanism (which is a moving part) is damaged or jammed. The fall might have contributed to it. If the phone is still under warranty, and there's no evidence of exterior damage, it's worth contacting Samsung to initiate a repair. I assume you mean that you rooted the phone -- not sure if that affects warranty, so read the fine print.
