My reason(s) for wanting the Flyer

If only 10" I'd be interested

7" is the size I want. (that's what she said) As a designer Pen is an exceptional bonus. I haven't finger painted since I was a toddler! (iPad i'm looking at you!) I was considering a Nook color to root, then Galaxy Tab 2 but find out it is 8.9 & 10.1? seems like a bad move to have 2 tabs, different sizes but not even 1 1/4" difference, and minimal price difference?
So as of now I am seriously anticipating the Flyer.

They are releasing in 7" and Gingerbread because Honeycomb is designed for 10" screens. 7" is a fail as the screen real estate severely limits note taking, which is the only reason to buy this device. When HTC gets serious with a 10" version, this will be a top contender for students and corporate users. Until then, just another expensive toy with the wrong form factor...

I disagree, as a student I think that a 7" version is the perfect size. It's small enough to be carried around, you can fit it on those small lecture hall desks, and you can hold it in your lap or hand easily. I think HTC went with the right size when they picked 7", and the new sense with all the note taking capabilities kind of makes Honeycomb obsolete, all it really is a tablet skin for android anyway.
