AC Question

My phone is stuck in boot loop and whenever im trying to put my phone in recovery mode twrp is not working it is also stuck. So my last choice is to flash my phone in stock rom using odin and it is successful but after the restart my rom is still the same. I also tried changing my custom recovery to CWM and Stock but after flashing nothing happens tho odin doesn't give any errors.

Im using s3 mini GT-I8190,
ROM : Cyanogenmod
And it shows that custom binary download: YES( 4 counts)

All I want is to fix my recovery mode so that I can wipe and reflash a new rom. any comments will be appreciated thank you so much.

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried different cables, and ports? Any hubs installed? Take those out if you have them.

In the picture I am to flashing the stock rom from Sammobile, I already tried flashing the latest TWRP and try to change in CWM but still nothing happens whenever Im trying to flash anything even though at odin it says that it "PASS"
