my rooted incredible 2, please help

I recently rooted my inc2. I downloaded the rom cyanogenMod7. It's fantastic but...... I can't get to my google account. I was able to set up my verizon email and that's fine. When I try my google contacts or calendar it says "unable to open connection to server...set up could not finish"
It's also not allowing to download any apps. I have no android market!! I tried to go to amazon apps and tried installing facebook and it said it installed, buy it's not on my phone. When I try to download other apps it says they are already installed.
so the short of it is....i have no android market, no google calendar, and no google contacts!!
I don't know what to do??
Please help!!:'(

BTW it's cyanogenMod 7.1.0.1-inc2
yes I have ROM manager

and also my superuser is gone that i had put on my sdcard from my computer durring the rooting process

I do have all my pictures, which is great!! but nothing else....

I'm also using ClockworkMod 5.0.20 if that helps......

Not to be Capt. Obvious, but did you DL and flash the latest zip of GAPPS? (Google Apps)

Sounds like you forgot Google Apps.

Download that, go into recovery, Wipe cache, data, Dalvik Cache, etc. Flash rom, Then flash Gapps, the file above, and reboot. That should fix your problems.
