My s memo file suddenly dissappeared

My S Memo's files suddenly dissapeared after I edit one of the file, and I wonder why there are cloud logo in the left upper corner in each files, whats the meaning of it? I already tried to import from my gmail but nothing in there, for note, I just register my samsung account yesterday

Same problem here. It happened earlier also but this time I detected the cause of it. All my s memo notes showed a cloud symbol on top. And when I went to Settings->Cloud->Storage usage-> and under personal data management clicked on 'memo,s memo, s notes'. After that it cleared all of my notes; but I don't think they're permanently deleted because when you want to delete a note in s memo it asks for confirmation before deletion. So it would be wrong to think that samsung would delete all notes in a go. However I still haven't found any way to get these notes from the Samsung account.
