My s3 lags and I cant make or receive phonecalls without rebooting

My s3 all of sudden started lagging alot few weeks ago and I also cant make a phonecall or receive one without restarting my phone,even then it still doesnt work normally.I factory reset it and cleared the cache in that volume up screen thing but the problem is still there.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. s3, safe mode, i9300, ,GT-I9300

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
