My S4 battery uses up super fast / Auto shuts down

Hi, i recently experienced my S4 shutting down randomly when i have 80% batt. When i on it back, either it dosn't have the power to on back or if it does my battery life is at 4%. Probably after 10 - 20minutes of not doing anything while the phone is off, it goes back to 50%. Sometimes i am unable to use my mobile data / cant connect to sim card and can only connect to wifi. Where does my phone problem lies? with my battery or is it with my phone ? Thanks!
