My S4 Front Facing Camera Isn't working, but my Back Camera Works perfectly, What happen?!

I've looked online & tried conducting all the remedies to fixing my front facing camera phone, however, with no luck.
I've tried going to setting & clearing the cache on my "Camera" app, with no luck & I have even tried Master Reset with the same results.

Can someone please help me...I've spent countless hours searching for a solution to this matter.

This happened to me too! I think it's actually a hardware issue... I looked closely and the lens seems to have moved out of place, so it's just taking a picture of the back of the opaque part of the front screen. Unfortunately I don't know if I'm correct, or how to fix it! I think I just dropped it one to many times and it just got knocked out of place. I'm ok tinkering around with electronics, but I don't have any training with phones, and I don't know how delicate I should be.
Anyone have advice?? Sorry I could only point out what the problem was without a solution.
