My S4 is Glitching. How can I stop this?

My S4 is Glitching.

It is downloading random file by the title of Female for English (United Kingdom.) It keeps on turning my music on and off turning my volume up and down and randomly going into voice dialer. Help!

You probably got malware, or a pirated app, or someone must've hacked into your phone, get someone or go to the company's sellers then tell them to repair it, if it continues happening, try FACTORY RESETTING your phone, if not, get a new phone, If you experience this on your new phone, then one of your friends are putting a malware or virus into your phone so they can get into the personal info, like sick password, and other VERY personal info.
