Android Central Question
I've faced this issue twice before but conducted 2 factory resets and it a B**** to deal with and I don't want to do that again. I was watching a video on YouTube and it just stopped working. I then went to my goto apps that help me determine if I truly have internet access and they didn't work either. My bill is paid up through next month, & my carrier said all my settings are accurate. I don't want to conduct another Hard reset. I also cant text or make phone calls!
