My S5 will not work with Sprint Airave while in LTE/CDMA mode

My Galaxy S5 will not connect with my Sprint Airave (network Extender) if my network mode is set to LTE/CDMA. I have to manually change it to CDMA. I had an Apple 5 and I never had to change my network mode back and forth to connect with my Airave and it was always on LTE.

Does anyone else have this problem and found a solution? I called Sprint and they tell me to manually switch it. This is a real pain in the @$$!!!

yup i have the same problem with my s5. So with cdma only theres no Lte, what good is that,
Now i have to manually switch when i leave the house? I was hopping the switch from Apple
was a no brainer..Hmm

Does it automatically switch back to CDMA/LTE? Or do you manually change it when you go from place to place?

That is what I thought but I called Sprint support and they tell me that I have to manually switch it myself to get it to work with the Airave. Ridiculous.

Oh, OK. I think the Network Extenders for T-Mo and Sprint (maybe the other two) only boost their respective 4G signals. That would explain why you have to use CDMA only.
