my s6 full of prob ...§§§§!!!!!! help

[AC Question]

i bought an S6
1. it keeps forgettin the wi fi passwd evrytime i turn wi fi off
2. it keeps freezing every 35 sec for 2 or 3 sec...... this problm apeares after a factory data reset and disapear after about 5 days (i tried it just one time so i m not sure about it ).
3.in smart manager it shows a threat found ... so i hit restart it goes then return again
what the hell is wrong with this phone
