My s6 is constantly freezing

Hi all,
My s6 is continuously freezing and restarting.
I have just factory reset it,but issue is still on.
Kindly help me in this.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21007

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

Okay i will try this,but i do factory reset and i dint install any application.

i have the same problem and now i can use my phone for more than 3 min, i reset the phone and it keep freezing and rebooting just 3 min after the reset.
i use this S6 for more than 5 month without any problems but this last 5 day i have this problem and it is really annoying
