My S6 Screen Cracked for no reason

My S6 screen cracked while holding in my hand. I talked to Samsung here in Australia. I took it to Optus from whom I got it they redirected me to digimob in Perth.

Its just a year old phone and after using a lot of mobile its the first weired thing that happened to this phone. what crap mobile is this? Never buy Samsung products again...

Look online and you'll find similar reports about phones from other manufacturers as well. These things apparently sometimes happen, for whatever reason or reasons.
