My s7 edge keypad is lagging..

Hi there, since the past few weeks, my keypad had started lagging.. like after i finished typing in whatsapp or line or facebook, i will have to wait for like 4 secs for the keypad to disappear from the screen even after i went back to the homescreen.. can anyone help? I've tried changing theme ( i thought it is related to the theme's keypad) but it didn't work.
Even when i tried to use stickers in Line, i had to wait for few seconds before all the stickers appeared on the keypad...

I had this problem but not 100% sure how I sorted it. Did do some phone restarts by holding the power button and clicking it there as well as deleted any junk files that you might have and not need
