My S7 usb port is loose. Should I get my S7 replace?

Whenever I connect the S7 to either of my cables to charge, I notice that the cable is able to wiggle like the port is loose. I have tried 2 different cables and got the same result. Should I take this phone back and get something else? Thanks.

Thats definitely odd, mine is rock solid.
Did you bump or drop the phone while the micro USB was plugged in at some point or did it arrive that way. I would say if it arrived like that take it back to your carrier or where you purchased it and ask for an exchange.

Never dropped it with the cable plugged in. Never dropped it period. Only had it since August 15th. I was plugging it into my car charger yesterday when I noticed the problem. I tried a Modal cable from Best Buy that I use with my car charger and the cable that came with the phone and both feel plugged in good, but they both are able to be jiggled from side to side.

You should definitely turn it in for another one that may cause problems later on for you!

Yes, and then invest in a Samsung wireless chatger (Qi version, abt $25 on Amazon) to reduce wear and tear on the port.
