My phone constantly wakes itself up when I am not touching it or doing anything. This happens every 10 seconds or so and is draining the battery. I’ve tried restarting the phone. I have taken it in and out of the case but this still happens. When I use my headphones, bixby comes on about every 10 seconds. What is going on? No system updates have been done since March 7, 2019.

Are you using Samsung headphones, or are they "Made for iPhone"? Headphones that are specifically made for iPhones are often not entirely compatible with Android devices, since the headphone jack configuration is slightly different.
