My S8 screen has changed

I've had my s8 for over a year, still love it! Over the past few months I've clicked on certain apps to download (not sure which ones). It ask do you want app to do something and when I clicked on yes my screen, apps and how things work on home page is very uneasy with me. I want my old screen back without being taken over. Can i do anything about this without factory reset?
