My Samsung 8 won't turn on

[AC Question]

I left it to charge for 30 mins and when I came back it was hot it had a red light on as if charging but I hold the power button and won't turn on please help!

Try holding down the Power button and the volume down button at the same time for about 10 seconds. Does it boot? If it's getting hot, I'd recommend not plugging it in anymore.

Try going into recovery mode by pressing power+volume up try clearing the cache

If your under warranty i advice you to get a replacment
