My samsung galaxy a5 will NOT display ANY contacts of mine. Private number for everything including other numbers within my account- i pay for them and cannot see the IDs...Even my favorite contacts! I have Caller ID enabled and on my phone contract.Please help!

Unfortunately caller ID information comes from your carrier. If the phone is displaying 'Private Caller' it's because it's not getting number info from the carrier either initiating or receiving the call. Check with your company to see if they need to fix something in your account or re-sync your SIM card.

Have you tried a different SIM or your card in a different phone?

Or ... everyone who's calling you is blocking his/her caller ID.
