It's just recovering from the back up now. Am i right in thinking that this has reinstalled firmware with Android 10 instead of 11 now?

It may be the A11. Was it the A11 update that corrupted it for you? I am running A11 on a S10+ on 3 in UK. No issues running it for me. It may have just been a dodgy update.

It only started happening on the A11 update, however i've just found that it's still doing it, even on Safe Mode. So even though it's been reset, reflashed and flashed back to A10 i've still got a phone restarting itself. But again it's only been happening since the update.

Anyone got any thoughts?

No it's restarting sometimes every 5 minutes

Yeah thats not good , try contact Samsung through the members app or probably have to wait until a update gets pushed out which is not ideal .
