My Samsung Galaxy s7 gets very warm

I bought this phone few weeks ago and it's been running very warm (30-38). When i do light web browsing it gets from 30 to 35c in 2 minutes, when i play games it gets quite warm to touch and up to 37 celsius in a short time, when the screen is off and not in use it remains cool (27c). I haven't used this phone much because of the problem. It's been collecting dust and as a usb modem. It's frustrating that i have to send it back and propably wait few weeks without a phone so i'm debating whether i send it back or not, what should i do? I haven't paid for it yet.

I brought mine a couple weeks ago too and it gets warm with the 7.0 update... Unfortunately 7.0 isn't well optimized even if you get an exchange it'll probably be the same. I wouldn't waste my time going through an exchange process.
