my samsung gallaxy schr530 shut down it will not stay on by the battery it has a 0 with a /.

I was playing a game and my phone shut completely down no warning. So I placed it on the charger and I noticed It said I had a full battery. I know my battery was under 25 percent when it shut down. So I turned it on and there was a symbol by my battery meter. A O with a / through it. I tried to turn the wifi on but as soon as u turn it on It shut's right off it never light's up green. The same way with the blue tooth. The device will not stay on unless it is plugged in, but show's a full battery can u please help me
