My Samsung Gear S has a serious starting glitch

[Android Central Question]

I recently bought a Samsung Gear S and while trying to link it with my android device it fails, ive watched the tutorials on how to pair it with non Samsung Androids, however, its glitched with an annoying voice and it lags and gets frozen.

This started happening after I left it 60 something percent paired with an S8 but stopped it, any ideas
