My Samsung Grand Prime says system UI has stopped, how can I fix it?

my samsung grand prime says system UI has stopped

This happens mostly when browsing.I have cleared cache partition,done a factory reset,but the problem persists.pls help!

Stock Reflash Using ODIN.

All Things GS6 and scroll down to Reflash Via Odin and follow directions. Just make sure you get the correct firmware for your device.
