AC Question

my samsung note 5 doesn't detect my new lexus car Bluetooth, neither the car does

I have issues with my samsung note 5 bluetooth as follows:
1. I don't have "more" button in the bluetooth page, I only have "scan" button
2. It doesn't detect Jabra EASYGO bluetooth headset
3. it doesn't detect my new GS350 2016 lexus car Bluetooth. same thing, the car doesn't detect the phone. While I don't have same issue with other phones.

I tried all troubleshooting: clear data and cache for bluetooth, soft reboot, on/off bluetooth

On my Note 5 (Sprint), the phone goes into "discoverable" mode when I go into bluetooth settings. However, most headsets and car stereos are found from the phone after putting the other device into pairing mode. On your car stereo, it's probably somewhere in the settings. On the Jabra headset, you press the answer/end button for five seconds. The Bluetooth indicator will blink, and you should be able to find it on your phone.

Some Note 5 has Bluetooth issues (mine as well). You have to replace motherboard (it's free because of warranty).
