My Samsung Note 8 won't give audio notifications from my Ring Doorbell?

We've tried turning off power saving mode, uninstalling cleaners. The "Advanced" Troubleshooting guy could not help. Anyone able to help? Thank you.

Is the advanced troulet's shooting guy with the phoneor Ring doorbell? If you have no aalready contacted Ring, try them. I had an issue with mine in the past and thy hey were helpful in resolving it.
