My Samsung s5 phone is not locking with the fingerprint option

I already register my finger print and changer the screen lock to the finger print option. But when i press the power button or the screen goes to sleep. The phone will not lock because you can just swipe the screen and it unlock. I even change the screen lock time out to 15 sec and wait 10min just to if it will work but it still don't. I have factory reset but that still have not work. I would appreciate the help.

Its probably staying unlocked because of that
