My scrapbook has stopped working.on my note 3?...HELP!

It won't Open but it will let me save pic's.... just can't access them

Welcome to Android Central! Moved to the Note 3 forum.

Try going to the App Manager, select Scrapbook, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. Now try again.
