My settings is locked on Samsung note5

I know for sure that I didn't add a pin to access my settings, it just happened out of nowhere. I've tried all the pin numbers I can think of, and none work. I'm frustrated cause I cannot access my settings at all

Call Samsung tech support. When I had my Note7 I was having issues with my S2 watch pairing. The rep remotely was able to go into my device. . Maybe they can with your Note5
