My short take on The Thunderbolt

Received my TB yesterday, along with the verizon 2piece case in black and blue. The packaging was a "wow" I was very impressed with it. As with the area I live in Norfolk and Virginia beach, we do not have the 4g yet and looking at the list does not look like we will get it anytime soon. Which like anyone who lives somewhere where they think their place is important like I do, we have the Largest naval base here and people from everywhere stationed here. But back to the TB. I love the larger screen, coming from the DINC, and understanding that most smartphones have terrible battery life, I was quite happy for once with my phone the DINC. The TB reminds me of the DINC on steroids! from the HTC sense and the HTC keyboard I am happy. The only small thing that I have question on is why did they put the charging port on the downside of the phone when put into landscape with the kickstand. With the lack of a long lasting battery you would want to be able to charge the phone while enjoying some of the things you could do with the phone. Just my two cents worth! oh how do you get one of the cool little android guys

If you ever come up to Northern VA you can test the LTE. I don't get it where I live, but it's awesome where I work. A pleasant surprise for me because I thought I wasn't going to see any 4g.
