Question My Sim is stuck

Last year I got an eSIM for a month in Spain. Just now I got an Aíralo sim for a trip. I turned off Aíralo and the Spanish sim was activated. I don’t have the password or PUK anymore. Now the phone is stuck on the password login screen. How do I get rid of the Spanish sim and get back to my Verizon sim. What a mess!

Thanks. I’ve restarted 3 times. It wants the PUK from an old Vodafone sim. I didn’t save any of that. I do remember thinking I needed to remove that eSIM, but it wasn’t obvious how to do it.
I should add I have an S23 from Verizon.

To remove an eSIM go to: Settings>Connections>Sim Manager>eSIMs (choose the eSIM you wish to remove)>remove.
