My son wiped all in TWRP instead of just Delvic cache, how can I get it back?

Son wiped all in twrp instead of just delvic cache

I am new to the rooting world, I had my phone sitting on my desk and I was about to wipe it but decided to grab some coffee, came back to it in my sons hands already wiped, I am assuming he played with the screen and selected everything instead of just delvic. My frustration is that I have an Verizon lg g2 running KitKat 4.4.2 and my laptop is macbook pro and I can't really find a lot of dev stuff for me to flash it and install the image and or restore to cloudyflex or original factory... Pls help

if your son wipe all that contain system.you can boot to system.you have to otg cable or use adb push ROM to your G2

I know that I'll have to use adb but when I install drivers on my windows 7, I get "lge androidnet usb modem failed"
