Oh no. Is there a fix for that? Can you get a replacement?I found a thread on XDA where others are seeing the same battery issues as I..
Today I am at 82% with a whopping 9 minutes of screen on time and 2 hours 16 minutes off the charger.

Wow I'm sorry that is happening to youMine is going to go back.. Last night I went to bed with the battery at 63% and this morning when I woke up it was dead and powered off.
Something is draining the battery when the unit goes into deep sleep or the battery is defective and leaking maybe?..
Now I remember why I didn't like the XZ Premium I had for a few days. I get no Bluetooth metadata on my cars stereo when playing music. I hate seeing "No Artist, no song info" or whatever.
Since this is not a thread about the XZ Premium I don't know why you're posting this here.
As for your statement. I own a XZ. I use Bluetooth every single day in my car. I get metadata all the time. Maybe it's something else and not the phone?
Because I have the XZ1 Compact and I get no metadata, which is like the XZ Premium I had which got no metadata. I forgot about that when buying the XZ1c. Guess I could have made my original comment more clear. Also it's a known issue with Sony phones. Every single other Android I've had, and I've had a lot, has always shown metadata.
I have absolutely no issues at all. None. I get all the metadata whether I'm using streaming apps or using my MP3s. MP3s I ensured have the data to being with I should add. I've had a few MP3s in the past which were pretty crap for metadata and didn't display properly but I fixed them.
In Sony's music player you can download the album data for MP3s. Which is pretty good and does a decent job.
So I'm a bit confused why your having issues but I'm not. I didn't even know it was a Sony issue.
Do other music players on phones automatically update metadata or something?
Just because you don't have an issue on your XZ, doesn't mean it's not an issue. There's quite a few posts on different forums. Out of the last 20 phones I've had, the XZ1C and XZP are the only ones that haven't worked properly with my car Bluetooth.
How is the cell signal reception on this phone?
