My Swype trial is up?

I tried using swipe just a second ago and it tells me that my free trial was over and I need to update my version of swype... What is up with this? I'm using UKB 2.1 with Comavolt and EC09...
Is this already a known issue?

Yes it is... Several threads about it. You have to uninstall swype, sign up for the beta and download the latest release
