My Tab S2 is not accepting updates

Hi there,
Because of my amazing experience with this famous tab, I bought another "used" one.

It is of T-817V, 4G LTE American version. But I live outside US.

We'll when I try to update it, it catches available updates, and asked to me to accept them by pressing OK.. as this:



Then it starts to download them....



But after that and during downloading, it corrupts and tells me that this was unsuccessful.. as this ...

Try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28382

Without being able to connect to the original carrier you may not be able to download the update over the air.

Personally I would try connecting it to a PC and using Smart Switch to update it.

Thanks for your concern friends..
I tried many times, then it simply accepted that! Is that normal? I'm using Android phones and tablets for about 6 years and never faced such thing.

Maybe there was a problem with the server. Glad it finally worked!
