my tablet became slow and overheated when mobile data is on

my galaxy tab s 10.5 get overheated and became very slow each time that i turn on mobile data.
after several minutes my tablet doesn't work and became so so slow.
even i reinstalling the android 5 the problem hasn't gone.

Welcome to Android Central! How's the mobile signal when you turn mobile data on? If the signal is very weak, that can cause the device to heat up as it works overtime to latch onto signal.
