My tablet fell in the toilet. What should i do?

So, my ASUS ZenPad C 7.0 fell in the toilet. I then grabbed it fast. When i tried shutting it down, i accidentally pressed restart. The device kept on restarting and eventually over heated. It was so hot that some of its parts deformed. I tried having it fixed. They got the water out ( I think ). When they tried charging it, it just vibrated and so they thought it can't be fixed anymore. Days later, i tried charging it again and it did charge. It even showed me that it is charging normally - like what you see when you charge an android but is still 0%. It reached 1& and turned on - in a normal way. It got hot so i unplugged it and didn't continue. I was afraid it would explode.
