My tablet has weird colored lines on it even though there is no damage done to it. What could it be?

This I do not know why this happens I can still see the screen of my tablet but there are weird colored lines on it and I do not know what to do this randomly occurs And is becoming more frequent

Sounds like a component in the LCD is failing. It happens. I work on computers, I don't want to say I see it all the time (I don't) but it comes up now and then.
